Rules

• 1. The New Year Sale will run from Jan 8th-Jan 24th, 2025, during which all customers can enjoy the new year special price,up to £153 off. Any purchases made outside this period will not be eligible for the promotional benefits. 
• 2. If a refund is requested, orders placed during the New Year Sale period will be refunded based on the amount paid. 
• 3. Returns not due to product quality issues are subject to the customer covering the return shipping costs. 
• 4. If refuse to accept an order, we will charge a partial handling fee. The specific amount will depend on the actual circumstances.
• 5. Once an order has been shipped, any requests from customers to modify the shipping address or refuse delivery will incur a partial handling fee. 
• 6. Customers must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product if they discover any defects. We will not be liable for any damages reported beyond this timeframe. 
• 7. All products are available while supplies last. We cannot guarantee the availability of specific products throughout the promotion period. 
• 8. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice.
